Vinification: Classical red wine vinification method. 12-month ageing in French and American oak.
Wine description: A modern, fleshy and velvety Merlot. With bright red colour and dense nose, it is a clear proof of the adjustment of Merlot on Greek soil.
Wine and food pairing: Served at 16-18°C it is a perfect match for grilled meat and red sauce meat casseroles.
Total production 2006: 2.000 bottles (750 ml)
